Every channel your customers actually use: InstagramMessengerWhatsAppLead formsSMSWebsite
How it works

Three things, done properly

You're not short on leads. You're short on someone picking up the phone while the customer still cares.

1

Six channels, one queue

Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, lead forms, SMS and your website all come into the same inbox. Nothing sits in an app nobody had open.

2

The right rep gets pinged

Push, text and email within seconds, with the customer's own words attached. One tap to dial.

3

Several shots, same day

The workflow gives your rep more than one chance to reach the same customer today — different times, different channels — instead of one call and a shrug.

Auto dialer

Hit start, and it dials the next lead for you

The workflow builds the list. Your rep presses start and the dialer moves them straight from one lead to the next — no looking up numbers, no deciding who's next, no dead time between calls.

  • One click starts the queue and it advances on its own
  • Ring their phone or call them on WhatsApp, from the same list
  • Assigned by rep, so nobody double-calls the same person
Automatic call notes

Your reps stop writing notes. The notes still get written.

Every real conversation your team has is summarised on the contact a couple of minutes after they hang up — what the customer wants, what was agreed, what happens next. Nobody types it and nobody forgets, because nobody is doing it.

  • A short summary on the contact after every conversation
  • Agreed a callback? It becomes a task at that time, on that rep
  • Agreed a specific time to come in? It books the appointment
  • Reads on the mobile app, so a rep out on the lot sees it too
  • Voicemails and wrong numbers are left alone

An appraisal booking from AutoTrader lands on your calendar by itself

When a seller picks a time through AutoTrader's Instant Cash Offer, that time is already a commitment — it just usually sits in an inbox until somebody retypes it. We read the lead, create the customer, and put the appraisal on your calendar at the time they picked, with their car and their valuation already on the record.

  • Booked at the time the customer chose, not a time you guess at
  • Car, mileage, condition, payoff and the valuation on the contact
  • Your rep gets a text the moment a seller comes through
  • CarGurus and your own website forms arrive the same way

This one is for dealerships. We build the same kind of thing around whatever your leads actually come from — ask us about yours on the demo.

Automated workflows

No answer at 10am? They're back in the list by 2pm.

A rep calls, nobody picks up, and in most stores that lead is done. Here it re-enters the same call list a few hours later, so the same customer gets another shot the same day instead of next week.

  • No answer, and the lead comes back to the list in a few hours
  • Every call logged on the contact with a recording and duration
  • Managers see who's working their list and who isn't

Why not a generic CRM

Built for the people making the calls

Generic CRM

  • Arrives as an empty box you configure yourself
  • Built for B2B pipelines and quarterly quotas
  • Leads sit in a dashboard nobody has open
  • Per-seat pricing that punishes you for hiring
  • Support ticket, answered in two business days

ContactLink.io

  • Workflows already built for teams that work leads daily
  • Set up the way your team actually sells
  • Every channel in one place, not six tabs
  • Priced for a small team, not an enterprise
  • A named person who answers the phone

Questions we get

We already pay for CarGurus and AutoTrader. Why pay for this too?

Those put your cars in front of people. They don't tell you who else asked about the Civic that sold last week, or whether anyone called the lead that came in at six. ContactLink.io is where leads land once they're yours — you keep listing exactly where you list now.

We only get a few leads a day. Is it worth it?

Maybe not yet, and we'll say so on the call rather than sell you something that sits there. This earns its money when more than one person touches leads, or when there's enough volume that someone slips through. If it's just you and four leads a day, you probably don't need us yet.

Does this get me more leads?

No. It makes sure the ones you're already paying for actually get worked. If your problem is volume, put the money into your listings first — we'll be here when the leads start outrunning you.

When a car sells, can I still reach everyone who asked about it?

Yes, and it's the part dealers tell us they miss most. Everyone who enquired stays on the record with the vehicle they asked about. When a similar one lands, pull that list up and call them — those people were already in the market.

What number does the customer see?

Your dealership's number, not your rep's cell. Numbers run about $1 a month each, and your salespeople keep their personal phones to themselves.

Can my salespeople work leads from their phones?

Yes — the mobile app gives them the contact, the history, the notes, and lets them call and text from it. The power dialer, where it feeds one lead after another automatically, is a desktop thing. Most stores run the dialer at a desk and use the phone for everything else.

Does it text my customers for me?

Only if you tell it to. By default it puts the lead in front of your people and chases them, not the customer — so every message a customer gets is written by somebody on your floor. If you do want something automatic, you decide what it says and when it goes.

Is the price per user?

No. Starter is one user. Growth is three users included, then $15 for each person after that. All prices are in Canadian dollars — we're an Ontario company — and phone numbers are about $1 a month each on top.

Is there anything we have to leave running?

Only for Facebook Marketplace. Pulling those conversations into the CRM needs a small Chrome add-on running on a computer at the store with Messenger open. Every other channel works on its own with nothing left on.

How does the free trial work?

Fourteen days on your own account with your own leads flowing into it — not a sandbox full of fake names. You put a card down when you start and nothing is charged until day fifteen, so if it hasn't earned its keep in two weeks, cancel and you've paid nothing.

What's the contract?

Monthly plans run month to month — cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Yearly plans are discounted in exchange for committing to the full twelve months.

See it running on your own leads

Fifteen minutes. We'll wire up one of your channels live so you can watch a real lead land and the dialer pick it up.

Got it — we'll reach out within one business day.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No setup fee, and onboarding is included.
